At John Adams Mortgage there are no surprises at the closing table. We take pride in making our Good Faith Estimates as accurate as possible. With other companies fees may change or the rate may get swtiched on you. This does not happen at John Adams Mortgage. We are accountable to you. We are located in the offices of Real Estate One and hold our reputation to the highest standards. We Guarantee that our costs and rates will be the exact same as you are given at time of application. As long as you are approved for the mortgage applied for, you can be assured that there will be no surprises. If anything changes on our costs or rates we will make sure that they are matched and give you $250 off your closing costs. Other fees may increase or decrease that are not in our control such as title fees, pre-paids, and other builder fees or transaction costs. These fees are out of our control and we cannot guarantee them, but we can give you an accurate estimate of what they will be.
